Perfect Blend Coffee House & Music Studio, LLC is looking for fun and energetic baristas who enjoy connecting with others. The environment ranges from fast-paced to relaxed and everything in between.

Day to day operations include open/close procedures, restocking shelves and supplies, pulling espresso shots and mixing iced, hot and blended drinks as well as dipping hard ice cream and some food prep.

​

Baristas are also required to clean up any messes behind the bar as they happen, check the bathrooms at the end of the day, wipe tables and floor throughout the day, and answer the phone. 

​

Baristas must be willing to follow manager(s) directions.

 

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must. 

Baristas will also be responsible for using technology when using the Point-of-Sale, fulfilling mobile orders, and posting on social media sites (supervised by the manager(s).)

​

Baristas need to have an attitude of excellence and flexibility with fellow coworkers, customers, and superiority. Baristas also need to be trusted to follow procedures even if the manager is absent or occupied.

​

Shifts range from 4-8 hours and include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
